Following Terms and Conditions are applied to the Event Registrations unless and otherwise explicitly for the specific event.
Members are advised to read the event details carefully before registering for the event. By registering for the event, members agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
ON SPOT REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO REGISTER ONLINE ONLY.
Fee paid for the event registration is non-refundable, except in the following conditions,
Event is cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen circumstances.
Event date is changed by the Service Provider and member is not able to attend on the revised date.
Any other reason that may be deemed fit by the Service Provider.
Multiple payments made by mistake for the same registration.
As the Registration Fee for the event is collected for the arrangements, on a Non-profit basis, we will not be able to refund the Fee
Services may be terminated at any time by the Services Provider (Amoham Services) upon theof the following conditions,
Any information furnished in the profile is untrue.
Stalking other members.
Soliciting other members with unrelated stuff repeatedly upon other members refusal.
Sending unsolicited / unwanted messages on WhatsApp / Facebook / Telegram Groups of Amoham Services (Matrimony or any other)(and any other such platforms). Services will be cancelled after due to notice and no action for remediation has been taken by removed member to resolve the situation.
Misbehaving with other members / Amoham Services team members either in person or on call / messages.
In case of the victims of such behaviour desire to file a police complaint, Amoham Services will fully cooperate with the law enforcement authorities.
Any other reason that may be deemed fit by the Service Provider.
Services may be modified / cancelled at any time by the Service Provider (Amoham Services) upon theof the following conditions,
Insufficient number of registrations.
Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural calamities, government regulations, pandemics, epidemics etc.
Any other reason that may be deemed fit by the Service Provider.
In such cases, we will notify the members at the earliest via email / phone and refund the Registration Fee paid, if any, within 30 days of such cancellation.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse entry to any member who does not comply with the event guidelines and protocols.
When Registering, Members are advised to
provide accurate and complete information while registering for the event. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification from the event.
register for the event only if they are able to attend the event on the scheduled date and time. No rescheduling or transfer of registration to another person is allowed.
respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members attending the event. Any unauthorized sharing of personal information or photos of other members is strictly prohibited.
inform the Service Provider in case of any special requirements or accommodations needed during the event.
provide feedback and suggestions to the Service Provider after the event to help us improve our services.
check their email and phone regularly for any updates or changes regarding the event.
respect the intellectual property rights of the Service Provider and other members attending the event. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of event materials is strictly prohibited.
keep their contact details updated to receive important notifications regarding the event.
contact the Service Provider for any queries or concerns regarding the event. We will make our best efforts to address your concerns in a timely manner.
On the day of Event, Members are advised to
arrive at the event venue on time. Latecomers may not be allowed to enter the venue and no refund will be provided in such cases.
bring a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License etc.) of the Bride/Groom registered for verification at the event venue.
dress appropriately for the event. The Service Provider reserves the right to deny entry to any member who is not dressed appropriately.
carry a copy of the event registration confirmation email / message for entry to the event venue.
keep their mobile phones on silent mode during the event to avoid any disturbance.
adhere to the event schedule and agenda as communicated by the Service Provider.
participate actively in the event activities and networking sessions to make the most of the event experience.
inform the Service Provider in case of any emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from attending the event.
comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event. Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the event. Any breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action.
keep their belongings safe and secure during the event. The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
inform the Service Provider in case of any dietary restrictions or allergies for catering arrangements during the event.
respect the event venue and facilities. Any damage caused to the venue or facilities will be charged to the member responsible.
follow the event guidelines and instructions provided by the Service Provider during the event.
maintain decorum and respect other members during the event. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior may lead to termination of services.
take necessary precautions and follow safety guidelines during the event. The Service Provider is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the event.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
